Cabin Crew Instructor Online Training

The Cabin Crew Instructor Online Training (Train the Trainer) is a professional development program for experienced cabin crew members who wish to move into training, mentoring, or instructional roles.

 

The course focuses on the fundamentals of adult learning, effective communication, lesson preparation, and practical teaching techniques. Participants will gain the knowledge and skills required to deliver structured training sessions, manage classroom dynamics, and ensure an engaging and professional learning environment. This module provides the pedagogical foundation required for instructional roles in aviation training.

Upon successful completion, participants will receive an official EASA Teaching & Learning (T&L) certificate, confirming their qualification to perform instructional duties within an EASA-compliant training environment

 

Participants will learn:

• Principles of adult learning

• Training design and lesson planning

• Effective presentation and communication techniques

• Classroom management and learner engagement

• Assessment and feedback methods

•Role and responsibilities of a Cabin Crew Instructor

• Aircraft-specific training delivery

Course duration

4 days of intensive course

– Train the trainer module: 25 hours

– Aicraft Specific Training: 8 hours

– Total Training Time: 33 net hours
